TPC employees two full time Level III FPI Inspectors as well as an in-house metallurgical lab

TPC approved NDT Processes utilizes the latest in Inspection & Test equipment.

TPC also utilizes CMMs, Probes, Layout, CNC Optical Inspection, and Airflow. Our sophisticated inspection methods and statistical analysis systems ensure a level of accuracy that is unmatched in the industry.

Each manufactured component is subject to various forms of non-destructive testing, included but not limited to:

Optical Inspection Techniques
CMM (co-ordinate measuring machine)
Airflow data collection
Water flow testing
Surface analysis
Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) for surfaces
